  • Fresh garlic – Some of you may not want to add freshly chopped garlic to your roasted asparagus recipe, and that’s fine. However, if you like garlic, then I recommend adding one or two cloves. But make sure it is evenly distributed asparagus.
  • Salt – Always start with less salt and add more to taste. Or don’t add any salt.
  • Black pepper – Always use freshly ground black pepper in vegetables.

How to Roast Asparagus?

Step 1. Preheat the oven and prepare asparagus
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Prepare a wide-mouthed baking tray with parchment paper. Wash asparagus spears and trim hard woody tips with a sharp knife or simply remove it.

Step 2. Prepare asparagus for cooking
