Fat Burning Detox Water Recipe

Materials

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2-3 fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup honey (adjustable upon request)





Recipe

Boil the water over medium heat. After the water boils, add the chopped ginger and mint leaves. Boil for about 10-15 minutes. Take from the stove and 10 min. leave to cool until.

Pour the cooled water into the blender with the stems of ginger and mint leaves. Foam for about 2-3 minutes and mix until smooth. Add lemon and honey in it. Stir for another 1 minute.

If you want to separate the mixture from the pulp, slowly filter it into a jug with a clean cloth. Leave it for a while to drain and squeeze the cloth at the end to drain the last drops. But consuming it with pulp will be more beneficial for your digestive system in terms of fiber.
