In one study, the testers who performed hundreds of Face Yoga exercises for 30 days a day for two months and then for three months each day made them look almost three years younger by reporting that their cheeks increased in fullness.

“A really great solution for regaining your youth, a great alternative to Botox and aesthetic surgeries,” says Koko Hayashi, a Face Yoga instructor at Skin Fit Gym in Los Angeles.
